So this lady came around in a dream a couple weeks ago-- it was an apocalyptic setting and the only way for three creatures to survive was to merge and retreat into the water as this beast. Her neck is bio-luminescent and she can change how much it glows at will, as well as having poisonous fins that raise and lower like warning flags. The horn on the center of her head can do the same, while the left side crest is a golden block and the right side is made up of four main spikes. Her tail is twice the length of her body and she can use it like a thresher shark; whipping it around to cause shockwaves and stun or kill her prey.
Not something you'd want to see in the waters lol

She doesn't have an actual name yet but I had a heck of a time trying this out!

The process was recorded and will be uploaded later. Photoshop CS5, 11 hours over two weeks.
