Wow! Strange version of Thor! Seems to be like a mix with Thor and something from Kingdom Hearts. I like it!

According to Norse mythology, MjΓΆlnir should'nt look like this...
However, AWESOME work.

I was going to say that hammer is compensating for something but apparently someone beat me to it. This is a nice drawing of Thor

Well!
This is easily the most AWESOME thing I have seen all day.
That's probably one of the best interpretations of Mjolnir I've seen; I like the idea of it being incredibly big (fits the idea that only Thor is strong enough to lift it) and the overall design is just plain cool.

No wonder Thor is the only one able to lift Mjolnir!
Btw how do you get the two dots over the o? Do you need a special keyboard for that?

ItsRoseForYou In reply to Mike-the-dabbler [2013-12-15 20:12:54 +0000 UTC]
Haha, no you don't. It's the key right next to the enter. Without shift you get ' with shift you get ". If you type an o (or a/i/u/e) after the ", you'll get ΓΆ/Γ€/Γ―/ΓΌ/Γ«. If you type an ", then space and then o, you'll get "o. Same counts for ', but then it'll become Γ³/Γ‘/Γ/ΓΊ/Γ©.Β
I hope it's clear like that... It's kinda hard explaining Β

Hmm... And you are on a normal computer/laptop? Strange.Β If your on a tablet (at least I can do this on my samsung), you can hold your finger a bit longer on the letter; then the different options appear. Otherwise, I can't help you, I'm afraid..Β

Trishkell In reply to Shydrow [2010-02-05 07:52:21 +0000 UTC]
yes you're right!I would have maybe of to add a kind of perspective so as to strengthen the thickness of the weapon so that it seems less fine and thus closer to a hammer

Shydrow In reply to Trishkell [2010-02-05 11:03:28 +0000 UTC]
ya well you can fix that easly. Love your work on Norse mythology by the way really good looks for each gods/goddesses

Though, it makes me wonder-- it says paintings? What medium? I love the end result.

thanks! and for the technic it is about acrylic, in fact, I scan my outlined in the pencil, adjusts the contrasts under Photoshop, then I print it on a rather thick paper, and to finish, I spend a light coat of gesso on areas to be painted before passing with the color...
