So after many years of drawing reference sketches for myself, looking at 's and 's slick reference sheets, and over one year of posting the Avania comic itself...
I finally made an official reference of my own! Ultimately this stemmed from wanting to make a decision about the canonicity of avian teeth (since I draw bird-looking characters making toothy grins all the time) but was fleshed out to answer some other questions people might have about Avania's central species.

All of this information should be relatively unlikely to change, though what is shown in the comic itself should be taken as highest canon, so if need be I will update any references to be canonically accurate.
I do plan on making reference sheets for Hequevars and Equines too, so let me know what you think and if there are any questions YOU have!
