A tribute to my favourite game of all time, Deus Ex and also hyping for the newest Deus Ex: Human Revolution game that is coming out this August....I am highly excitable.Anyway, for this picture I painted...these are the three characters from the deus ex games. Alex Denton(right) is from DE: Invisible War. Now I know many fans who seem to dislike invisible war, I know it wasn't as good as the very first one obviously but I really liked the game and overall I thought it was a success.
And JC Denton(middle) is from the very first and the best game of the Deus Ex universe, the one that started it all. JC is a serious badass.
And finally, Adam Jensen is the new character for the new game. And to be honest, whoever was responsible for designing this character...you are my hero...he is wicked cool looking!
So ya, I hope you all dig this painting. I made it in photoshop and took me approximately 27 hours....ya in my opinion it shouldn't took that long to make but I'll definitely try to work faster next time, learn a lot from making this.

The original is one of my favorite games of all time. And Human Revolution is one of the most impressive games in recent years.

While Human Revolution was actually my first, and I love it especially since I got Pacifist and Foxiest, I'm kinda enjoying the original even moreso for some bizarre reason. Plus joining the stuff I know from HR really makes treating Deus Ex 1 as a sequel really fun

Deus Ex is the greatest game ever made. Great RPG mechanics, amazing cyberpunk setting, and the fact that no two playthroughs are alike. Playing it for the first time is such a mindblowing experience. Really love how symmetrical Denton looks in your drawing.

Actually, since Deus Ex Human Revolution is a prequel to the first game, it wouldn't be a problem playing it first! The only reason I'd recommend you play the first game first is only because of the vast differences in game graphics and mechanics... DE:HR is better with those things because of the modern advances and such.

Haha, I know...It's just that I have a personal thing against playing the second or third games, etc. before playing the originals. ;D
All I know is that there were certain elements in the original DE that were missing in DE:HR.

Well, for instance, the fact that Deus Ex's bosses were actually CHARACTERS that you recognize, lol. Uh...lets see...
The abililty to make a class(well not really a class, but more like specialization). There were actually MELEE WEAPONS, lol.
Basically, alot of things...and usually the most important things that I enjoyed from Deus Ex 1.

I actually loved invisible war i never got to play the original before getting invisible war on xbox i loved it despite the glitchy problems

Very nice, I actually was introduced to the Deus Ex series by Invisible War and while it isn't as good as the first I've always felt that a lot of people ragged on it more then it deserved.

FUN FACT:The JC in JC Dentons name i supposed to be a refrence to Jesus Christ since they wanted to make JC Denton a decendent of Jesus Christ :3

Trust me, you don't want to. Crappy doesn't even begin to describe it. It was a half-assed sequel that only used the name Deus Ex to get sales.
