I was wondering if there was only a sketch verion somewhere, meaning it is not a 3D model, it is just a regular drawing version with like pencil or pen

Though I have absolutely no interest in the females, I can confirm that you will see female turians in game. "Gender" is an option for all multiplayer species, and there is at least one NPC in game that's female. (Read the leaked script)
