Can you tell in wich .pcc package you found this ship? Or at least alliance textures?

It was in the BioD_ProEar_000.pcc file. The texture is called AlliCruiserA_Diff_Cine.tga.
The Alliance Fighter can also be found in the BioD_ProEar_200.pcc file, along with textures.

does anyone know if Cerberus uses these same ships or are they different?

Going from observation, they are a tad bit different. The Cerberus Cruiser shows up as a schematic in the Cerberus Tuchanka side quest (the one with the planetary gun) and they show up in two cutscenes: the Grissom Academy quest and near the end of the game during a certain offensive (staying vague for spoiler reasons). And in all three cases, they look a little different than an Alliance Cruiser. They look like the Elbrus from the Invasion comic (possibly a little different from that as well).
