Not the best I admit, but it's the basic process I use for hands. I'm hoping to do this for every part of the anatomy. Tell you the truth I LOATHE drawing hands. As a reminder though, this one may look a little "odd" with the fingers spread like that. I did this so that I could draw the little arrows and such, so there WAS a purpose to it.

On a serious note what i'd add to this is that your best reference is always right in front of you. look at your hands if you having trouble drawing hands.
