Well, actually, I did this because purplelemon ( ) asked me to. So here it is, a tutorial about hands. It's not the best in the world but it's a big help.!!!HELPFUL HINT!!!
Generally speaking, the length of the hand from heel to finger tip is roughly the length of the face from chin to hairline. That should help with matching your hand size to body proportion!

this actually helped..every hand tutorial i have seen has not helped at all but this one did...i started to draw the hand like the tut said and it came out fairly descent...thanx so much for making this^^

really...i mean my hands are not that great no matter wat but i just need to practice/ I intend to have difficultly drawing smaller hands but the larger ones are no problem..

I know...that what I do on all my pics...now a days but my hands still look wrong through my eyes. Everyone else says they are fine but I dont know they seem so off..

Yeah. I've found that in all my hand studies that this is the easiest way to actually tackle hands. They can sometimes end up a little too LARGE doing this. But better too-large than too-small hands as far as I'm concerned. It's more acceptable in art to have over-sized hands than tiny hands that make the arm look stumpy then. LOL
