Description
Well, when I were in the car I sketched some hands, because I'm no good in it, And I wanted to improve, so I begun to train. And Now I felt like scan everything in, pick out a few and put them in some kind of tutorial I drew a bit hasty, not for that I'm the best in hands, but just so that I could show you how I draw hands!! So that you can come with tips and advices for what I could do and if there is some problems with the "tutorial" (my way to draw hands)Please help me ^^
Love
Meuw
---------------------------------------------
Tutorial
The green is for what you can't see, things that's behind the hand, or behind flesh.
Red for how I build up the hands.
The red and green is made in the computer with a mouse, that's why It won't be so Straight and clear, but at least it shows the thinking and principles.

why thank you everyone ^^ It is kind of funny that this old tutorial from 2005 is the one with the most views in my whole gallery, and most favourited one. I mean it's not that well made, marked with a mouse in paint and everything - but I'm so glad it have helped these many ^^ hands is a tricky thing and I havn't yet got the hang of it.

I did that too alot, however that result in that I developed in everything so much except hands, and when I drew an awasome drawing, but the quality sank so much because of the hands it just didn't feel good, I couldn't draw my pics how I wanted them to be because I wlays had to hide the hands.
so my tip is that challenge yourself and fight, because you will get better if you just have the guts to do so you don't have to submit the drawings here, but it's is a lot of help if you get som constructive critique, and most imporant that you listen to them and try it! ^^ I don't know if you this but submit the sketch and ask for some critique, and afterwards try to do everything again on the same paper or a new paper ^^

This is a great tutorial, perhaps alittle hastily edited in the computer *points at the text where the letters tend to swap places*
(You are probobly aware of this but) I think Armorist meant that the word Finished is spelled "Finished" and not "Finnished"

finished not finnished, apart from that everything is cool

LynxOverworld In reply to Armorist [2005-10-13 19:45:36 +0000 UTC]
it's finnished and not finnished at the same time O_o hehe didn't know that was possible
well but you've right it isn't finnished, don'Γ€t know if I ever will, if I will I will mark the red and green on hand, because that mouse is to... clumsy. And I will do the lay out abit better
