Pixel can open up a portal into the digital world, aka his home where he was born. So i guess he can create portals to get inside of a computer.

i sort of agree that "cure all diseases" is a bit of a god-like power. but, perhaps he's really goofy. ever read lord of the rings? not the movie, but the books? there's a character there called tom bombadil who is all powerful, can wield the power of the ring and everything, but he's so scatterbrained that he is not trusted with the power. so a character can have other limitations besides just getting fatigued or draining power and such.
other than that, i can't wait to see how you use him and how others are bound to use him, too! he's a fun looking character and people are going to want to draw him!

Constructive criticism time~
This is pretty cool. i like the design of the character, then again, anything that can fly is a winner to me (always wanted to fly!) and, he's blue. BLUE. 
I like the sound of his powers, though there are a few things to consider... "He is the cure to all diseases that exist" If that is the case, there must be some cost for fixing someone with, say, cancer...
Because healing, in general, is a very powerful thing for a character to have, there has to be SOME reasonable limitations otherwise it's playing god.
And nobody likes a mary-sue
My friend Morgan and I get so in depth sometimes that its a habit for me to pick at these things... Example:
Kill viruses: Maybe it works only in the computer, and any viruses that escape into the real world might have to be dragged back into the computer to be 'deleted'
heal disease: again, limitations. Maybe it consumes a great amount of energy and if this power is abused, could seriously harm him
flying: seeing as there aren't any feet on him, when he is in the real world maybe his flying ability is weakened slightly, and he cannot travel as fast... And/or when in the computer, lag can slow him down.
pixel shield: I dont really know... does pixel refer to his name, or actual pixels? That remains the same for the healing/regeneration ones...
duplication: Times out after a while or they're only illusions
x-ray vision: can only see so far.
See? I picked through most of it... Sorry if that was a little annoying but again this isn't me saying "you need to do this!" just take into consideration the fact that even in the cartoon world, limitations still apply.

It's nothing that you can't do yourself, you just have to be really critical and think more realistically about the limitations of any powers or abilities a character of yours may have.
Everyone spends way too much time thinking of what their character can do, and too little time thinking of the side effects or limitations that follow.
Just think carefully about your characters and what their powers or abilities are and adjust them accordingly so the character is still likeable, and not a "mary-sue" character, AKA a character that essentially is god-like or is difficult to defeat etc etc.
Cartoons and fantasy have many restrictions and limitations believe it or not.

its good to go in depth i should do that more to be honest i havent thought of many weaknesses for him he is ment to be like a god but now that you mention it there should be somthing that effects his powers in the real world i have read all that you said im just being lazy and not typing much but yah i have to develop this character abit more and for pixel regeneration well basicly if his ever deleted in the digital world he regenerates from the pixels that are left behind and pixel shield is just pixels that shield him xD
