I'm not as good a writer as Petalite, so what she was trying to convey in her book might not be fully transmitted to you... 

But i can give you a small synopsis of what she wrote. 

She is really philosophical about everything that's happened in the oasis (where she's living) and what she wrote called "Pain Syndrome" is similar to the stages of grief. 

Synopsis: "Life is full of unpleasant experiences and cOld interactions, some may say it's unbearable... what you think is a lesson is just a punishment, and a reward is simply a priVilegE. What YOU tRuly need iS a remindEr that every experience, every interaction... will come with a cost. by learning to accept these emotions and letting them out, you will overcome the diFiculties of life. hope my red rose diamond accompanies you in this journey."

I don't know, i told you i'm not good, and english isn't my first language. But this book is a reverse psychology book, it's telling you what NOT to do, and what you must do is encrypted in messages.
