Could you link me to/make a tutorial about how to create accurately spaced lines/lights/windows quickly and accurately? It's one of the things I don't currently understand and mystifies me.

one and only tip! use phototextures haha! Those lights are a big highrise building in dubai. But everything is erased but the lights. if you have a dark photo of a city and you use the screen layer option it won't show the dark parts but only the lights. That is how I did it. I can make some screenshots for you if you'd want that!

I can't find a tutorial about this on DA easily, but I'll look harder when I'm ready to do more backgrounds. You can make a tutorial if you want to.
