XD I was looking at what Spyro had turned into. And I thought wow. What the hell happened? So then I made this picture comparing the two pictures. Left- Old Spyro Right-The "New" Spyro.

it makes me sad to hear that activison has canceled the movie for skylanders...

Think we ALL know that the *WORST* spyro out there right now is from... *urk...* SKYLANDERS! D=X Skylanders is the WORST spyro EVER! It IS a spyro game as I just found out... Spyro lost ALL honor with that game...

If only people understood that characters go through changes. You know how boring something would get if it looked the same every time?!?
As for Skylanders....its a kids game what is it supposed to look like? He's a purple fire-breathing sheep-burning dragon...would you rather them just completely get rid of Spyro and never get anything from him again? I don't see how this [link] is really that bad.

holy crap! i just realized how...how....drugged he looks now, compared to the original little purple dragon that we all love :3 new spyro is a little more troublesome looking than old spyro. but spyro is spyro no matter what and we love him anyways (by the way if you think this picture is bad you should see how he looks in Skylanders)

I like the look of the Skylanders Spyro. Most people don't like him because he doesn't look like the original Spyro but I don't really care. Spyro Purple Sheep-burning Fire-Breathing dragon no matter what he looks like. Characters go through change it happens look at Mario and Sonic...Who cares what they look like as long as you can play their games i'm happy

They changed Spyro's appearance again, one that looks like the "NEW" Spyro but bigger and again but it's the same size as these two but his snout is shorter, his head is bigger, his horns are shaped differently, his eyes are red, his four feet and legs are more twice the size of what they use to be AND his wings and the tip of his tail have been designed more superb and he's in a totally new game "where toys come to life".

This Spyro [link] is more messed up than That Spyro? It all depends on the camera angle and his expression. I always thought if he's purple, orange, and can burn sheep, he's Spyro. Mario is Mario even though his looks change so what. The game was more focused on getting kids into Spyro what do you expect him to look like?

What's so wrong about [link] this Spyro...he's a purple sheep burning dragon does it matter what he looks like. Is he not allowed to change at all like Mario or Sonic. You do realize the game was intended for kids right not adults, what do you expect him to look like?

Nothing, it's just my opinion and some people judge by appearances.
I prefer the Spyro by Sony because of childhood memories (portals to different worlds in the ps1 Spyro games.), like our elders prefering arcade games.
The game was designed to make money from kids wanting every single figurine which you need to play the game.

Honestly, it was inevidable for Spyro to look different. Thats what happens to everything.
I'll continue to play the Spyro games, even if he looks different from the original games.

Meh, he's still Spyro to me. And no offense, but I think a true gamer wouldn't bash a gaming series cause they changed the looks of the main character. I mean sure, I would've loved it if he looked the same. But he doesn't.

Spyro was my favorite childhood game. still is, Spyro 1 was the first video game i ever played. And i hate what they did to classic spyro's look, story, enemies. WTF HAPPENED TO NASTY GNORK & RIPTO!? the classics was the best in my opinion
