About time I did some more of Jazz Phantom.
She's taking a break from destroying Vlad and is taking on Penelope Spectra.
You may be wondering what's going on in this picture. Jazz is using a new power I came up with, the Spectral Vortex. With it, Jazz is able to force all nearby ectoplasm into one place, break it down to basic ectoplasmic energy, and dissipate it into the air. It takes a lot of concentration, and the enemy has to be weakened enough not to be able to fight the pull, but once it's done it'll take a few days or even weeks for a ghost to manage to reform his or herself. ^_^
Don't worry, Spectra fanboys, she'll be good as new in a week or so.

Ya know this is heavely ironic, since Jazz HAS defeated Spectra before now imagine her fighthing the ghost WITH powers, cool hu?
