Hm. I like everything but the spotty whites in her hair.
Your painting is otherwise, to my mind, both prettier and sexier than the photo, and that includes the strength of the bold brushstrokes for her hair (as opposed to the delicate silk of the original), but those spotty white highlights don't happen to work for me personally; if I'm clean-minded they look like she's had an encounter with marshmallow sauce or a bird overhead, and if I'm not clean-minded I think the guy had bad aim.
However, I'm almost certainly the only person odd enough to react this way to a perfectly reasonable technique that matches the rest of your brushstroke style here, so I'm writing this as an idle comment rather than a formal Critique.

yeah i think i did bad job on the hair, the other recent study i did was better, thanks man
