Never read Thunderbolts, but loved the concept. I took away the gold parts of her costume, mostly because it served no purpose. IMO, costumes should be AT MAX 3 colors, and someone like Songbird whose got purple, you gotta wear it like you mean it. Own it.So my question is, Why donβt we have a Songbird/Dazzler team-up book? Can you imagine the amount of awesome that would be involved? Ah, well, a man can dream, a man can dreamβ¦
Someone on my Tumblr said that the gold shoulder pad thingy was to harness her powers. You know what I say to that? Micro technology woven into her suit. So there.

Totally agree! My problem was that when I was gathering the references on her, that harness was never consistent. If you can't draw it right all the time, why have it in the first place?

I love her backstory. Its a shame that companies would rather make new characters than recycle characters to make them more interesting. I think that's why Thunderbolts worked for so long.

Honestly I hoped that she'd show up on an Avengers book (there's what...12 of em?!) I'm just hoping that Fearless Defenders WON'T be some crazy revolving door book so they can 'showcase' a character. That would be sadpanda.
