The “NEW’ Thor….with a twist.
A quickie drawing, with a little (actually a lot) of redesign in her. I just don’t like that breastplate in the reveal image. So I reworked it into a variant of my Valkyrie redesign. MORE FLAIR!

Winning costume to be worn at Comicpalooza 2016. The designer of the winning costume will receive one (1) $10 GameStop card. One (1) follower, drawn at random, will receive one (1) $10 GameStop. If the artist is unknown, the winning designer's GameStop card will be subject to random drawing, which excludes the other person gifted a card.
It is up to the winner to provide their contact information upon being awarded. Failure to do so within seven (7) days will result in forfeiture of prize; there will be no redraws.

Love the intricate designs on her armor, I'm really excited the changes coming to marvel's big characters. Any chance we could see your take on the All New Captain America and Superior Iron Man as well at some point?

I saw the Captain America, which looked cool. The Superior Iron Man....is WEIRD looking. Maybe because its not gold/red. That blue is just off-setting

I think it looks neat myself, it looks like what the iron man armor would look like if built Steve Jobs. I'm really excited to see where marvel goes with this whole Avengers Now initiative.

Hey the gods could take any form they want-and so can Thor! Great picture! The intracate pattern on the armor is a real eye catcher, and I think I prefer your overall style to Marvel's on-screen Thor.

The problem is doing this design in all the panels XD, I would like to know what this means for the Uncanny Avengers team, will she show up there? Since that's the only comic I read with Thor in it...

I totally agree. I've made a design that would be too complicated to draw panel after panel (unless that particular artist likes doing that)
I dunno. All these Avengers titles have me wondering what the time frame is, they don't seem to dance the continuity dance very well

It's definitely has to do with what Thor did in the Uncanny Avengers book. That made him unworthy so the hammer and the mantle of Thor goes to someone else. I wonder who it is though behind the helmet.

I agree. The original breast plate they showed was boring and looked oddly shaped. Yours has more flair and looks more like armor.

It was simple boob plate. Which I guess is fine, but I can't help think "How does she put that on?"

I like it. The design I mean, which is gorgeous, the idea on the other hand (like the idea that once again Cap's Super-Soldier formula fails him and someone else has to become Cap) seems like just another re-tread of an idea they tried before.
