Happy New Year!I’m going to go on record and say that I HATE Domino’s new uniform for Cable and X-Force. HATE IT. Makes no sense. She’s got one orange glove? And this shoulder pad thing thats connected to a gun holster.
And I think I know what the problem is. She, Maria Hill, and Black Widow all are basically the same type of character. Militaristic, stealthy, with weapons (when’s the last time Widow used her “Widow’s Blast or Sting or Beam” vs. guns)
I personally liked Domino in Sex and Violence. It fit. And I based this redesign off of that. She’s essentially garbed in all black with orange accents. Gave her more traditional pants (although her bodysuit is a full suit.) the pants have pockets for uh….things n stuff. I wanted pants on her, OKAY!!

One final note on this, shes got a bit of a man face. I feel like you may given more face than she really needs around the jaw area. Its not a big deal but eh, kind of annoying to me personally. Also, Sex and Violence is an awesome story and is beautiful to look at. Especially her parts.

You should be hired on to dress a lot of these characters. Your designs are just awesome. Also I'd hate to agree to your point about Maria Hill and Widow along with a few others being more or less the same, but you're right. Granted, Dom here has got the reckless streak of energy that makes her so much more interesting along with being a merc (of course you could say the same about Silver Sable) than the others but for the most part, they all do the exact same thing. Still, if I had to keep one, I'd keep Domino for sure.

I just want 3 different characters. Black Widow hasn't been written Russian in years (same with Colossus) Maria Hill is getting there...I liked it when they wrote her competing against the legend of Nick Fury and Domino is hit or miss, she's either carefree and all over the place or in the shadows, cool and calm.
I understand we all have facets to our personalities but theres always a progression from one to the other, not switch on and off.
