Not too much of a departure from my first try at Barry Allenβs Flash and something vastly different from his Kid Flash look but all in all, I think its very Classic, but different enough to know its Wally.Related content

I love Barry Allen, but I love Wally West more.
And I think this will be a great redesign for his new 52 look (though I think DC would want him in slightly different colors, so people wouldn't confuse him with Allen's Flash).

Yeah, def different colors for Wally if that happened. It was more of a Barry's dead again and I (Wally) want to be different but the same.

No, just normal Flash, although this Wally is a bit younger, when he took over the mantle of The Flash.

I love the goggled eyes. It's a great touch!

I think it was explained once that the speed force generates a field around the speedster and protects them from bugs and minor things, but if it was me, I'd have both goggles and a face mask.
