If you’ve followed me long enough, you know I have a huge love for….redesigning Power Girl. It happens. But with the close official debut of a new Power Girl as the current PG is scurrying off back to Earth 2 (for a while at least, since all that Future Ends stuff is a-happening) AND with Multiversity having recently coming out, I thought it would be time for a new redesign, but this time when I redesign them, they’ll be from other Earth’s…or something like that.
She’s more based on a…overly tropical world that the early Kryptonian explorers colonized and through time, skin tones change to adapt to the environment, current inhabitants merging of cultures and so forth. Much like Earth-23 heroes are African American, this hybrid is based from the Samoan/Maori cultures (hence her facial tattoos) and Kryptonians. Its not to discount the diversity that Kryptonians (or any race), but of the progression of culture through time.

And this isn't even the cousin of Kal-El, but a distant relative, Kira Zor-El. The Zor-El family explored, and later colonized this planet, during the rise of Kryptonian influence in the universe. This planet was not affected by the Eradicator's influence, nor the Clone Banks that brought the existence of the Eradicator, and was able to prosper. Generations later Kira Zor-El rose to prominence, not as a scientist as her ancestors had been, but as a soldier and protector. She was chosen to leave the planet in search of Krypton and its fate after all communications went dark. Her travels took her to the remains of Krypton, and beyond to Earth.

Based her shoulder harness from the movie version of the battle suits so she can armor her whole arm to fight, a kinda gladiator-like. (think of that Cliff Chiang armor for WW)

I chose Earth 20 because its an unknown universe.
