Second of the Pecketts.

Colin was bought in 1894 for hauling heavier goods trains, as the W&S planned to cut a tunnel to the town of Crosby, when he did arrive it was rather obvious that he wasn't the shiniest dome in the shed, whilst not dumb, he wasn't too bright, but he was strong his larger size as a B2 meant that he could haul trains too heavy for Archie.

Colin has a heart of gold, and will do his damn dess to keep his promises and values his friends as much as the coal and water he's powered by.
