Description
I seem to love making obscure or small classes of loco don't I?This time instead of Cumbria I've gone to Norfolk, to see Melton Consatables Atlantic Tanks, the A Class.
Vissually rather similar to that of the London Tilbury & Southend Tank engines, these engines first built with N041 in 1904, 20 in 1909 and 9 in 1910 shared the Midland H Class boiler and I belive wheels of the other M&GNJR A class, and looked like the love child of Beyer Peacock and the Midland Railway.
And in 1933 the GWR got involved, when the new CME of the M&GNJR Mr Nash (From Swindon), gave the engines sloped tanks for better vissiblity.
Now I haven't included lettering and numbers as, I have no idea how to do curved lettering or company crests or custom numbers, if you do, please help.
Edit: Thank you LeatherBootlaces for the curved lettering, you are a legend.
Edit 2: I will probably add stuff to this gradually.
Edit 3: Added Numbers, and general touch ups.
