this originally started out as just a project to help one of my watchers out who i am helping learn how to color in pain tool sai.well i decided ehh what the hell i'm going to finish it
Zero's hair was a BITCH!!! i hate coloring white hair HATE HATE HATE IT!

i just followed the colors on the reference i was looking at, they were all really dark but i think it was the way the image scanned.
i kinda like it better then pasty pale myself

probably your monitor mine come up a nice red hue..but i also have mine set differently
thank you i have my own special way's of doing eyes that on most images looks good. *sailor moon type eyes are about the only ones they don't work well with*

yeah i don't know why but when i used the selection tool on a picture i was using as a referance he came out really dark

Well, i still dont know how configure the marker... im trying with different sizes, and "opacities(?)" i put the numbers you had in the tutorial, but i still dont get it, may be is the pressure in my pen, so im looking for a configuration that get near to it
And this time im starting with Zero, because he is the most dificult XD

alot of it is pen pressure if you press down hard you get the darker thicker line when i start out i am just bairly pressing on the pen

the only time i ever use the buttons on the pen is for selecting the color, as to pressing down on the pen it depends on what type of line i am doing

actually i have only been painting this way about 5 months
oh yeah you have a different tablet then me. try setting your pen pressure to harder *firm* and see what that does.. if you set it to firm it makes it so you have to press down harder to get really thick lines

yeah but same basic thing.. the gray tones i have always found really hard specially the light gray tones

True. Paint & other versions of it don't have Zero's actual hair color. Zero's hair color is evil~

I've done it successfully with Prismacolor coloring pencils. But I don't want to do him again cause my hand hurt for awhile after doing it.
