*Kind. Treats people with kindness no matter their social background or appearance. Tries to understand, rather than judging by whatever standards.
*Curious. Is overall interested in many things, so acts friendly towards anyone, who approaches, as they can probably tell her something interesting.
*Active and cheerful. Likes to move around freely and is happy about simple things.
*Self-conscious. Although Ellie is by no means shy, she takes things others say about her seriously. So might get sad, when hears others badmouthing her, or overly happy about praises.
*Can't take it being alone. Has problems falling asleep, if is alone in a room and gets very scared if there is no one in the house except her. In such cases, she either leaves the place and seeks places with people around, or if unable to do so, hides somewhere and cries, feeling as if she had been abandoned.

❣History:
Ellie was born in a family of musicians, so even before learning how to speak or write, she had to learn singing and playing an instrument. She did so with joy. She had an elder sister playing cello, and a brother playing contrabass. Mother was playing flute and father - piano. They often came together and played music without any sheets as they turned their feelings into a single symphony, adding up to each other. Those days were happy and filled with joy, until one day everyone except Ellie left the home to go to an opera performance late at night. They never returned.
Eleonore was then 8 years old, without any relatives or people to care for her. In her childish mind she saw it, as everyone had abandoned her. She left home and started wandering around - being a child of the crowd. Sleeping in parks together with homeless people, singing on the streets to get some food, and so, she lived for a long time until Madam Bleu from the 'Dream cabaret' took her in.
'Dream cabaret' is a curious place, as it promises to grant your dream for a single night. You go in, tell madam about your dream and pay the price for seeing it - it can be ranged from nothing, to vast treasures, yet no one can tell, how Madam evaluates. Then You go into a round distinguishably colored room, and on the table you will see a carafe filled with an liquid the same color as the room and a girl will pour it into a Christal glass. You then need to drink it, and the girl will start to sing. Then you will see your dream, as if it was real.
Dreams can have all sorts of shades and colors and so are the Cabaret girls. Each on them represent a different kind of dream - passionate, happy, sad, scary, exciting...too many to name.
Ellie wears blue, as she represents an impossible dream. Things, that are impossible to attain, no matter how hard you try or what you do.

❣Additional info:
^Ellie loves Madam Bleu the most, as she saved her from being alone. She has fairly good relationship with most of the cabaret girls, except the Red one, the singer of passionate dreams - black, long hair, red clothing in the same style and ears of a black cat. They can't seem to get along no matter what.
^The Dream cabaret is always open, cause girls rarely all sleep at the same time. When no one is there to buy a dream, the dream cabaret works like a simple bar, where people hang out and drink or eat something, while someone is performing on the stage.

That is a simple, slightly cleaned up sketch.
Is it just me, or it does remind you of a shoujou manga style? 'orz
