Here it is. The requested volcanic scene. Will you believe me this is my first try drawing a volcano lava scene? Well, it is! I'm very proud with this.Comment and let me know what you think.

I thought I had a hobo in mine. Later I found out it was Gaga. I'm not a Gaga fan. Ever since her video "Telephone" I despise her. As for the april fools joke, it's funny that everyone either has Gaga or Twilight as their icon. But I'm not okay that DA changed my signature. That's the worst signature a guy could ever have.

Yeah I know, kind of like a paper mario feel. I was experimenting with new brushes and wasn't planning ahead in dimensions or shapes.

Thank you. When i get around in making a background for Cynder and Spyro, half of it will be volcanic. So I guess this serves as a preview.

No references were used. I just started drawing random things and it somehow worked. The rock in the foreground, with lava running on it, used to be a side of a huge cliff. The lava ground was supposed to be far below, then I thought it looked better together and bring the perspective closer.

Haven't seen that movie for a long time. My faintest memory of a lava scene was the beginning. Was there a lot of explosions? Anyway thanks, I had not plan for this and things just started happening.

yeah. When I think of that scene, I think of the part where the supervolcano erupts, covering the entire planet in lava.
Did you know Yellowstone is a real life supervolcano and it was scedualed to erupt a few millenia ago? the lake beds are reportedly rising a foot a year from the building pressure. When it finally goes, the lava will be forty feet deep in south Missouri and the ash will blot out the sky in north Mexico. Or that's what they think will happen based on past supervolcanoes.
They've proved that a culture that perfectly matches Atlantis used to exist south of greece before their island became a supervolcano. the erution destroyed the entire island and when the ocean rused int the empty magma chamber, it created a "Caldera", a 350 ft. tsunami that the people of greece saw as the island "swallowed by the sea."
Damn, how'd I get to ranting about atlantis?

Yeah, me and my grandpa will do that. Th conversation will start of about pudding, and by the end of it, we're talking about how he used to make the cameras on the Predator manless spyplanes. (true story) and all of a sudden I'm like, "Wait, how'd we get from pudding to this?"
How long do you think it'll take before states start ceceding because of Obamacare? I think Texas will be first because the governers been talking about it since Obama was elected and it's easiest for us to cecede.

I'm neutral. I don't get into any politics. I obey the law and the government but when it comes to politics I stand aside and let others argue. It's an interesting perspective.

I've actually come to a so called fith corner of the box, watch this video and it'll show you why the arguing is pointless and why there there is only one logical standpoint. This video blew my mind.

I came to that conclusion a long time ago. Just...not...in a simple to understand graph. It's like they always say, it's better safe than sorry.

whe you read this next, some quick math says if you forward that video to 10 people and they each forward it to 10 people and so on in just a few "link generations" over 10000 people will have seen it. When I have the time to think something through in detail, I now use that graph to rule out the worst possible choice.

Yes, I forced myself to just 1.5 hours. Usually it's four-six hours for a small drawing like this.
