It says 20gb but the bar graph covers about 200 gb... you need more pony in your HD IMO

Only 20 GB of ponies? I have close to 70 GB of ponies on a smaller drive. I’d like to buy another 2TB, but prices are still too high after that flood.

*whistle* You can have a whole equestrian country in there.

I told you I spend too much time looking at pony art rather than making it. Between the art, music, and YouTube videos, the collection just keeps growing!

Blast! Sorry to hear that!
I actually have enough space for the moment, but I always try to maintain at least two copies of everything, including the movies I felt were worth ripping onto my drive. I do need to go through things though before it becomes a real issue.

That's not memory, that's hard drive space!

At any rate, if there isn't anything you'd like to get rid of, you could purchase an external drive and move stuff on it, then erase the original.

Alternatively, yeah, go to town on the Delete key. 415g of movies, wow!

My father told me yesterday:
"Son, it's ok to like ponies, but the computer is running low because of your 8.917 pony files"

You only have 20GB of ponies? Or are there some more GB in your Audio and Movies?

May I suggest that you purchase yourself an external hard drive capable of holding 4 terabytes to clean out your computer.

Tsitra360 In reply to HolyCross9 [2012-05-27 10:27:57 +0000 UTC]

did that before, I don't have good experience with externals.

I'd assume that external hard drives would have instructions included.

Two free tools I suggest for that: CCleaner and Defraggler, both available free from Piriform.com .
(I just confirmed that they do have Mac support.)
