Description Finally fin! Sorry for the long looong wait...there were a lots more touch ups and additional animations left than I had expected and I would feel even more sorry to show an almost finished product online with many flaws and staggering motions.

Anyways, here I present you Colored for Life, starring Emil (and the colorful Inkies)!

Synopsis:
The artist Emil is working hard on his paintings which look detailed, but lack spirit and looks dull like his colorless room. The colorful inks on his palette come alive and realize Emil is making a disgrace of them. Being annoyed and neglected, they try to teach him a colorful lesson.

beautiful work! for sure. Did you animate digitally or only ink and paint? Also, what program did you use?

Thnx! ^-^ Everything is digitally drawn and painted: Characters are animated in Bauhaus Mirage, backgrounds drawn in Photoshop, and camera motions in After Effects.

you should try using traditionally painted backgrounds. it would look really great. I really enjoy the short. great concept.
