See? This is what happens when you chain a 13-year-old werewolf to the wall in a scientific facility, cut his face with a silver-laced knife, then try to inject him with experimental drugs. BAD THINGS HAPPEN!

So, a little more backstory for Tsukiko, who has possibly become my favourite werewolf character (Ruby doesn't count, after all, she has many different versions of herself ).

The scientist approaching Tsukiko with the syringe soon drew up close to him. The other members of the group who had arrived with him seemed on edge, especially the guards pointing their guns at the werewolf. Some of them were uncomfortable with the idea of what they were about to do, to a child no less. Though the person with the syringe seemed to have no such qualms; he let the faintest hint of a smile pass across his lips just before he shot forward to inject the young werewolf with the contents of the syringe.

The next few seconds seemed to happen in slow motion. The image of the approaching syringe was reflected in Tsukiko's eyes - the unknown liquid within the glass catching the bright light in the cell, making it shimmer, as though to belie the evil it contained. As the point of the needle glinted in his eye, Tsukiko's pupils suddenly dilated. In an instant the young werewolf lost control, the fear and need to defend himself driving his primal fury to the surface in an explosion of fur, fangs and muscle. The sudden change in the werewolf's size caused the scientist to stumble back onto the floor, leaving him to watch the black beast as his bonds snapped and broke free from the wall. The werewolf lashed out at the fallen man, who threw his hands up in an effort to protect himself, though it was futile. One of Tsukiko's claws destroyed the small glass cylinder still held in the man's hand and it's contents splashed onto the floor, swirling and mingling with the deep red blood now pouring out of the scientist's head.

For a moment there was silence, save for the heavy breathing from the huge, black wolf creature. Slowly, his head lifted, his glowing, golden eyes scanning the rest of the humans in his cell. Blood and saliva dripped from his maw as he opened his jaws, a low snarl reverberating from deep within his chest. A second passed. Two seconds. Three. All of a sudden one of the guards opened fire, his face the picture of panic. All this achieved was to enrage the werewolf again. A terrifying roar echoed throughout Tsukiko's cell before he charged forwards, unable to feel anything but the urge to rend flesh, to taste blood on his tongue, feel the ease at which he could snap bones between his teeth... He would destroy everything...
