My character or Academy of Heroes:Final Edit: I swear this is my final edit ><;; I am happy with her design now. It may have taken just over a year, but I'm happy with her now
Edit 2: It's Wifi's 17th birthday...so i updated her looks again ^-^ Uh...Thorn will be added in later >>;;;
Edit!: Some circumstances have been brought up that have caused Wifi's ribbons to...relocate. So you will never see them again
*ahem* Anyway, the reason is not important. If you know why, then you know why. That's all.
The flower on her head is called an anemone (no, not a sea anemone) I find it's colouring funny, but that probably an inside joke XD
Acantha, aka Thorn, is that little bird floating by Wifi. She is Wifi's familiar and is part sparrow/part rose vines.

Wifi is the quiet type who is always there but no one seems to notice. She is like a wi-fi signal, you can only find her if you know where to look XD
She really likes to go outside but it conflicts with her love of dark places. Because she likes the dark so much, bright light hurts her eyes.Looking out of windows is a favorite pass-time for her since the sun isn't directly in her eyes. So she tends to sit by the window in class.
Wifi discovered about the existence of "Eden" from her grandmother, who went missing. Wifi would play with flowers in the basement of her house, she would make them glow and float around. She was trying to simulate the natural light from the sun which she thought came from the flowers.
The jewels on her clothes glow when she uses Eden.
The limit of her Eden control when she enters AoH is making things glow. She can't do anything else as of yet.
She has gained more control since she finished the first semester. She can levitate items easily (large or small) and can fuse some basic earth items with weaponry to strengthen the weapon and add some attributes to it. Her archery skills have grown a bit as well.

Wifi: Well, I'm not one for physical fighting. But I am getting better at my control over plants. Large attacks drain me though... *claps her hands together That's amazing about your wings! I would hate for them to get damaged. They're so pretty. *smiles*

Wifi: I think I'll be ok as soon as I learn how to control my Eden more. I can move a few large tree roots at a time, my control over small plants is fine though. *smiles* I would be honored if you would help me train.

Lindre: *shrugs* Not much. I've seen it performed, but I didn't want to learn it, so I don't even know the basics. Also, I'm not sure whether or not I'd be able to tell you; it may be something restricted from others. *smiles* Why don't you show me a spell now, and then we'll start?

Wifi: *smiles* Ok, I'll show you the first plant spell I did then. *she walks over to a patch of flowers and holds her hands out over them, the flowers start to glow and give off a soft soothing light* I used to do this back when I was just three. *she smiles fondly at the memories*

Lindre: *walks over to the flowers, smiling, and crouches down to get a better look* That's really nice! It's good that you've been practising magic for so long! *stands back up and looks to Wifi* Would you like to start now?

Wifi: *gets a determined look and stands up straight* Ok! I want to see how my accuracy is first. *she stands with her hands out as a few tree roots come out of the ground* I apologize ahead of time if I injure you. I will heal you if the need arises. *the roots stiffen up and head for Lindre*

Lindre: *jumps from root to root, using her wings to propel her upwards slightly, and jumps onto a low-lying branch of a tree* It's.fine. I doubt you'll need to. And nice work with those roots, by the way. *leaps very quickly from one branch to another until she disappears among the trees and, staff in hand, re-appears and jumps down from a high branch behind Wifi goes in for a sweeping kick to the other girl's side* Let's see how well you can dodge.

Wifi: *tries to dodge but gets grazed on the side a little bit, not enough to do real damage but there will be a bruise* You're quicker than I thought...*giggles a little* I need to work on my own agility. *she moves her hands so that wave of flowers and leaves cover her and blocks everything in sight, then some leaves become projectiles randomly and head for Lindre*

Lindre: *smiles* You're pretty good yourself. *beats back a wave of flowers and leaves, sweeping her staff in a long arc around them, and jumps back up to a branch, still wary of and dodging leaves and flowers* But I've got the high ground right now. That puts you at a disadvantage. *scans the area in search of Wifi*

Wifi: Ah...Lindre, you forget something...*a flurry of foliage is swept up and some branches bend back into arches, ready to strike down* I lived in a forest. I know the trees very well. *the tree braches start snapping back in all directions* They are my friends...

Lindre: *stumbles slightly as the branch she's standing on bends and jumps neatly onto the ground. Abandons her staff, tossing it into some brush on the side, and runs along clear paths, avoiding any areas where too many plants grow. She heads for Wifi, dodging various branches and roots in her way and stumbling a couple of times in her efforts to avoid them. She reaches Wifi and, avoiding one more attacking tree, screeches to a halt inches from the other girl's face*
That's true. For all that I've lived among plants, I don't know how they work, and I don't know the magic to control them. *smiles* You've done really, really well there, Wifi. What'll your next move be? *tenses and prepares to attack or move where necessary*

Wifi: *smiles at Lindre* This has been a lot of fun Lindre. I've learned so much from you already. *a couple of roots shoot out of the ground a wrap themselves around Wifi and pull her underground, she then reappears at the other side of the clearing* I can't keep up with your speed yet Lindre. Your feet just move too quickly. *more roots come out of the ground and wrap around Lindre's legs* I guess I'll juts have to keep them still. *smiles*

Lindre: *her eyes widen as the roots make their way up her legs* Ah... But no. *plants herself as solidly as she now can, and determinedly prepares herself for the next strike* Next move. *smiles slightly* It looks as though this has been much better as a training session for me than one for you.

No one here seems to want to spar with me. *the roots tighten and pull Lindre down to her torso* No one believes I can take care of myself. *she comes out to Lindre, bows and then extends her hand* Thank you and I am not expecting this to be the last move from you. *smiles*

Lindre: *her smile broadens slightly, and she takes Wifi's hand in hers and pulls sharply, sending Wifi flying to the side* It is not. *the roots wrapped around her torso weaken their hold slightly and Lindre experimentally tries to wriggle out of them a little* Oof. Still too tight. And you're welcome, Wifi. It's a real pleasure, sparring with you and testing my wits and skills against magic again. I really do need more practice there, you see--*turns her head and frowns at some of the bushes on her right, which are rustling, while still trying to keep an eye on Wifi* Oh, finally! *grins as the bushes rustle some more and as her staff shoots out of them and lands in her outstretched right hand*

Wifi: *sits up from her position on the ground and spots Lindre with her staff* I was wondering what that was for. *she gets up and prepares herself for an attack* I'm guessing the real fight begins now? *the wind picks up as more leaves come floating around* Enough of me Lindre, I want to see what you can do.

Lindre: *smiles* Nothing much, really. *tightens her grip on the staff, and glances warily at the surrounding foliage* But, I don't think you'll be able to win this with just magic. *makes a quick dash behind some trees, maybe hiding, maybe searching for a way out of the trees*

Wifi: *startled that Lindre ran into the trees but goes to follow her, she is wary as she makes her way along* ...where could you be hiding?

Lindre: *still running through as quietly as she can, listening to where Wifi's voice is coming from. Accidentally steps on a fallen branch, which breaks, making a loud snap!* Oh! *hesitates slightly and just continues running anyway, getting closer to the borders of the forest*

Wifi: *turns her head to the sound of a branch breaking and follows it* Lindre, i thought you wanted to train? *sees where Lindre is headed and decides to pull back*

Lindre: *hears Wifi's voice and sees that she's no longer following and slips into some trees, paranoid about being spotted* *creeps around and jumps onto some tree branches, going from tree to tree, until she reaches Wifi*

Wifi: *is startled that Lindre found her and takes a defensive position with her arms ready to block*

Lindre: *stares down at Wifi, relaxes her posture and jumps to another branch. Continues branch-hopping until Wifi, still in a defensive position, looses track of her and then leaps out, quickly and quietly from behind and launches an overhead kick at Wifi*

Wifi: *stiffens a bit when she loses sight of Lindre and turns around as she realizes the Lindre is attacking from behind. She avoids taking the kick to her head but it still hits her shoulder and now Wifi stands holding her shoulder and a little slumped over* Well met Lindre. I haven't even scratched you have I?

Lindre: I don't think you have. You've still surprised me a lot, though, and I'm still expecting more from you. *smiles*

Wifi: *stands up straight again* I don't know, I'm discovering some new abilities just like anyone else. *the ground shifts and another root aims for Lindre's leg, grazing them at the sides* My speed has picked up. *smiles*

Wifi: *steps back and returns the roots back to the ground, she takes a bow* It truly has been an honor Lindre. I would love to spar in an area that is more suited to you.

Lindre: Ahaha~ I think that's a bit far to say. This is just a normal sparring session, after all. And anywhere where I'm not attacked by trees would be fine, but then you'd loose an advantage in fighting, and I'd have less of a challenge.

Wifi: Hm...you are probably right. I still think I should fight somewhere at your advantage at least once. I'm not always going to have a forest near me when I need to defend myself, will I?

Lindre: *smiles* That's true, no you're not. Somewhere to my advantage... I think it would have at lest some trees, to provide cover, but it would be mostly of different kinds of terra--um, terrain? How well can you fight without magic? Unarmed or with weapons, and which weapons if you need any?

Wifi: *nervous giggle* Um, I'm afraid I have not had any real training with physical combat. I can dodge relatively well but, other than that I've never done anything physical...do you have anything in mind?

Lindre: *shakes head* I doubt I'd be that good of a teacher for you. I started training in combat and such since I was very, very young, and I hardly even remember how I started out then. I think you'd want to start off simple--learning different kinds of attacks, and ways to defend against those individual attacks--and do harder exercises as you go up, like with anything.... *trails off, thoughtful*

Wifi: *thinks to herself*...you are probably right. I'm not suited for close combat either way. I shall have to see...maybe I can find someone to train me.

Wifi: It seems that I can only do ranged magic at the moment. I think I know someone who can help me with using a gun. It seems simple enough. Although, I would not disagree with a bow and arrow either. *thinks*

Lindre: *nods* All you have to do is take aim and push the triggy-thingy. If it's weapons, not unarmed combat, I should be able to help you. I can show you how to use a bow, if you'd like.

Wifi: Perhaps we can start as soon as I heal our wounds. *some neardy plants glow a bit and float over to lay across their wounds and seals them* There, it's a good thing our wounds were minor. *smiles*

Lindre: *inspects her now-healed wounds and smiles* Oh, that's very nice of you! Can you make a bow for yourself? I'm afraid I only have one, and I'll need that one. I was thinking that you could maybe fashion one out of some branches or tree roots?

Wifi: Let me try...*heads over to a tree and pulls a branch off, she then uses eden to bend it and grabs a vine for the string* I don't know how well this will hold up, but we can always try.

Lindre: *nods* That will work. If you make the ends of the arms a little bit more curved, that should work better. Since this is just your first practice, you should be fine, but it would be good if you can get some extra equipment so that you don't hurt yourself too much--at the very least arm guard. Now it looks like I'd better get my own bow out. *smiles* You were wondering earlier what my staff was for, right?

*gets a curious look* I was wondering what it was for. I thought you used it as some sort of weapon...

Lindre: *nods* Good! *smiles* And as for my staff... *holds the staff parallel to the ground in her right hand, with the heel of her left hand facing the staff's body. A streak of light flashes along the staff's length, an odd-looking sword lying in its wake. Lindre's right hand grips the sword's hilt and has the blade's tip facing the ground, with her left hand resting on the pommel. There is another flash of light, after which the sword splits lengthways into an identical sword. Lindre brings the two halves together at their pommels and one last streak of light flashes from the centre where the two swords connect, moving down both blades. The sharpe edge of the swords dull, the tops connect and the shape changes subtly, and Lindre is left holding a recurve bow*
*smiles triumphantly* There you go! A bow! My staff, more or less, is my weapon! It will turn into whatever weapon I want or need! I don't like using it too much, though.

Lindre: From home! It used to just be a sword, but when I decided to go, and it was agreed that I would, they added some special features to it. Now, it's just normally a staff, but there are a series of other things it can turn into, all based off of the original weapon.
