WAHOO indeed!! XD The only Klonoa character I found for MUGEN sucked horribly, and i can't find the Janga MUGEN (although most likely sucks too) So this is kinda cool to see. XD I wish someone could do Klonoa MUGENs. X3 Although not you. Keep doing your own thang~

klonoa's popular, yeah. Janga's popular PLUS his style and appearance makes him more awesome in battle though.
I could send you an VBA and the Klonoa Heroes game for research. So that you can look at Klonoa's many weapons (He has various weapons in this game- the wrecking ball is my personal favorite), along with his two Supers in the game. Taking a look at Guntz and Pango for helpers might help too.
