Oookay, this was for the Chinese New Year contest by . It's the dance dance that's mention. Ya know(unless you've never seen Fruits Basket), the one where the animal of the old year dances with the animal of the new year? Yeah, that one.To explain the colors, the rooster's colors are yellow and white, and the dog's are blue and black. Nice contrast now that I realize it o_O
I messed up in several ways. I'm not happy with it. This is the main reason I don't do fanart; I feel as if I disgrace the actual artist.
If I sucked so hard you can't tell, that's Kureno, not Kyou. Kyou wouldn't even be a part of that ceremony seein' as how he isn't one of the juunishi.
EDIT 10/22/2011: PLEASE DO NOT FEEL THE NEED TO TELL ME ABOUT SHIGURE'S AND KURENO'S FEELINGS TOWARD EACH OTHER. I KNOW. I knew when I drew this, and even though I haven't read that manga in YEARS, I STILL know. Thank you.... ^_^

I haven't read this manga in a while, but I believe they do. Doesn't necessarily mean they wouldn't partipate in the new year ritual/dance/whatever-it-was. I need to finish that manga @_@

The brush is actually a brush size. Scroll waaay down that little list of brush sizes and you'll eventually find a leaf-shaped one.
