Those are custom props, ya gotta look through the custom walfas stuff and fine customized arms o3o

Yes, but thats a bit more advanced and you'll have to know what the hell your doing. My is the simple one.

You can actually duplicate a body and put in front of the wings, and the arms behind the body but in front of the wings... Arms behind, with wings! ^^

I haven't found a way to put arms behind long hair yet... thats something i have to figure out soon.

Ive acctually figured out.
Its simple, duplicate the character and delete the body, etc... then you can set the wings at the back, the body at the front and the arms in the middle.
If you are interested i can give you full details later.

The Wings i knew already, I just figured out how to make that other bit later. but a full story would be nice.
