UPDATE ON 9/25/2023: About damn time DA allowed me to update this scorecard, I get to call S4-6 ass now in preparation for S7 being worse (and we know it'll be worse)

UPDATE ON 2/8/2024: Should I be surprised that season 7 ended up worse than 6? I shouldn't be, yet I am anyways because a ship that's sunken to the bottom should somehow, SOMEHOW, not be able to sink lower. It's yet another season that wastes its time on bullshit while pretending to progress the so-called story that Rick and Morty has been teasing since S3.... though all of that is resolved in ONE episode and forgotten about afterwards! What was even the point of any of this?
Some of the premises in S7 are so dumb that all I ever thought to myself was "y'know, that 1 million dollar animation budget could go to LITERALLY ANYTHING ELSE", and it ended up going to an episode about a bunch of letters and numbers having some intergalactic conflict... and it's played seriously? Does anyone really care about anything Rick and Morty does nowadays? I'm just watching it crash and burn, but I feel like that's what the show is setting out to do now. If that's the intention, then Dan Harmon and all the useless writers are doing a fantastic job. If not, then they can go fuck themselves. The new voice actors are pretty great though, a lot better than Roiland who was a mediocre voice actor anyways since he can only do 1 voice with no apparent range. That's the only positive S7 has, the rest of it is more retardation that got started in S5.

and here's a tl;dr version: Despite the fact that this show is rated as "good", I personally have nothing but hatred towards it. Do I even need to explain why? Look at the god damn season ratings and you tell me, on top of the fact that I hate what this show has become with its unwillingness to commit to any new ideas, the fandom which gave cancer a whole new meaning, and the fact that the people that work on Rick and Morty are creeps and terrible people. I would say that's a bold statement to make, but Justin Roiland is a wife-beater and Dan Harmon loves to shove incest into everything, and we get the best of both of these geniuses in the form of this abortion of a cartoon
