There would have been a wonderful back ground to this, had I not thought it would take away from the characters. XD I inked this with a pen and then corrected the lines in the Gimp, where I also colored it. It was a (Late) X-mass commission to a friend who owns the cute little she-kat.

Having yet again saved the city from a rampaging monster of the week razor gazed thoughtfully at all the havoc before him. It was a job well done, and very few, if any, kats had been harmed. The Enforcers were handling the cleanup and T-Bone was some where picking up the ever in danger Deputy Mayor.

Razor smiled, they were done now and could go home. Only. . . One girl was looming near, a she Kat who he had saved.

“Hay, I want to thank you!”

He turned, eyes widening. “That's not necessary.”

She approached him, a sly smile on her face. “I think it is.”

He backed away, his balance failing him now as he tripped on the curb's edge, and landed hard on the pavement. The she-kat, though momentarily just as surprised as he, did not stop. Razor scrambled back and bumped in to one of the light polls that had suffered the monsters wrath.

Her smile broke out in to a full grin and she glanced above him. “Well now it really IS Necessary!”

He glanced up as well only to discover a very sad and battered scrap of greenery. Mistletoe, one of the festive city decorations, and the only little one in the whole block. “Oh. . .” He looked back at her, only to discover she had come very, very, close.
