Sure ya have.
Here, Kitty and the rest of Team Katswell were searching for Lady Malmsteen in Petropolis because she stole a priceless dragon statue to better enpower her warriors.
So, Malmsteen disguised herself as a Middle Eastern visitor (as previously drawn: fav.me/d4say0u ) to hide from Team Katswell. But, there's one problem: her costume is so brightly colored, it's hard for anyone NOT to find her.
So, here's Kitty asking the mysterious visitor if she's seen Lady Malmsteen or not, and she quickly responds "no." However, I think Kitty might get wise to this mysterious woman. Hmmmmmmmmm.

One thing's for sure, Malmsteen's disguise is able to fool anybody because of how women from the Middle East are dressed up!

Malmsteen: Um no...I've never seen that absolutely gorgeous beauty of a bat before in my life.
I gotta hand it to her; her disguise and her ability to not openly admire herself is really throwing Kitty off the trail....for now at least. XD
Though it is a rather good disguise for her. I do wo see how Kitty will be able to see right through it.

As you pointed out; most Middle Eastern dressed girls don't wear multiple colors.

Well in some cultures they wear dark blue or even all white.
I personally don't know how they feel wearing them; they've grown up in that region and culture so I imagine they're very used to it.
