Description Here he is, Lord Dominous' mad scientist friend and mutant-making mentor, and the mastermind behind Dominous' Space Mutant Army.

Inspired by these evil geniuses:

-Dr. Frankenstein from "Frankenstein"
-Dr. Moreu from "The Island of Dr. Moreu"
-Dr. Drakken from "Kim Possible"
-Birdbrain from "TUFF Puppy"
-Dr. Belljar from "Where in Time is Carmen Sandiego?"
-Baxter Stockman from "Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles"
-Technus from "Danny Phantom"
-Professor Monkey-For-A-Head from "Earthworm Jim"
-Doc Ock from "Spider-Man"
-Dr. M from "Sly 3: Honor Among Thieves"
-Dr. Nitrus Brio from "Crash Bandicoot"
-Dr. Paradign/Pirahnoid from "Street Sharks"
-The Medic from "Team Fortress 2"

Now, let's disect him, shall we?

Name: Dr. Biochanix (real name: Dr. Henry Kissinger)

Gender: Male

Age: 32

Height: 7'5"

Skills: High intelligence, can create mutants and robots in a quick amount of time

Affliation:Β NASA (formerly) Lord Dominous' Space Mutants (currently)

Proposed voice actor: Doug Lawrence (Plankton from "SpongeBob SquarePants")

Bio: Long ago, Dr. Henry Kissinger was an Earth scientist at NASA working on a way to enhance human capabilities both on Earth and in the far reaches of space. So, one day he proposed to merge human DNA with animal, plant, and machine DNA to create a race of Super Soldiers to bring world peace and justice. When NASA refused his proposal, and fired him, Henry stowed away on the latest space mission to turn the shuttle's crew into mutant monsters. But, the shuttle was caught in a supernova, killing the crew, but blasting Henry to the far reaches of the galaxy. He landed in Futura City, where he lost both of his eyes, his entire right arm, and part of his left leg. Then, Lord Dominous rescued him, and turned him into a cyborg, replacing his missing parts with machinery. Henry was SO grateful to Dominous for saving his life, that he offered his services to him, changing his name to "Dr. Biochanix," making mutant warriors and robotic weaponry for him to use.

Personality-wise, the guy is INSANE!!!! Seriously, this dude has no compassion for the sick and dying, loves to experiment with other species' body parts, and he even removed a patient's skeleton at one time. So, he's basically your typical mad scientist.
But, he has some interesting quirks, such as reading Shakespeare, cooking creme brules, and listening to classical jazz. He may be a sadist, but he's still intelligent, and well-spoken. His robot parts are controlled via a micro-chip that Dominous attached to his spinal cord, which is attached to his brain, and is powered by a power modum on his glove covering his left hand. This makes him able to control his machinery without them controlling him.
So, Dr. Biochanix is one crazy, yet intelligent, mad scientist who's ready to school Delta Lyle and the Breakout Stars in hard science.

So, whaddaya think, Kev?

Nice! You know, I can imagine him having a bit of Dr. Scratchansniff for his character.

Besides, I can imagine him having a bit of a German accent to him.

Me too.

Can Doug Lawrence (my proposed voice actor for the character) pull off a German accent without it sounding TOO stereotypical?

Maybe.

Nice choice for Mr. Lawrence, BTW

Thanks, Kev!

Really? I didn't realize he looked like Dr. Strange. I thought he looked like a cyborg version of Mr. Lancer from "Danny Phantom."
