This is something I did for my friend

It's a group shot of his TUFF villain group, the Vice Syndicate, who are essentially the TUFF equivalent to the Rogues from DC Comics. Which makes sense, because the leader of the group, Captain Freeze, was inspired by Captain Cold himself.
And, similar to the Rogues, the Vice Syndicate have a strict set of rules that makes sure they don't come across as TRULY evil, unlike most TUFF villain groups like DOOM, T.O.O.R., or even Jack Rabbit's gang. These guys are mostly neutral evil, only wanting to get even with Marshall Thorndyke, a.k.a. The Rush.

Anyway, let's go over the members. First off, we have the previously mentioned Captain Freeze, the leader of the group who can freeze things with his ice guns. Second, we have Shockzoid, who has electrical powers, and is the ex-boyfriend of everyone's favorite antlered pop star. Also, we have Portal-Jumper, a raccoon who has access to portal technology (kinda like the video game), and a monkey named Mischief, who's basically a criminal prankster, much like DC Comics' Trickster (and he annoys Kitty a LOT every time they cross paths with one another ). This is the first time I actually these two.
And, I know what you're thinking, what's Jessica Spotrunner doing with the group? Isn't she with DOOM? Well, yes. General Guar sent her to the Vice Syndicate as his personal representative in the group. He was getting fed up with everyone in DOOM not getting along with one another, and behaving like spoiled children towards each other. So, after hearing about the Vice Syndicate's moral code and how they were able work together flawlessly, Guar sent Jessica there to learn more about it. So, she was brought on board, but Captain Freeze has his doubts about her, so he's keeping a close eye on her.
Also in the group we have Bumpback and a villain that I originally just wanted for one pic, the Hypno-Pottamus ( fav.me/dadgl3p ). Since I wasn't using the Hypno-Pottamus for anything other than 's art jam, I figured I would bring him over to the Vice Syndicate to give him more of a presence.
I also had Ben Bearshilde, Appleconda, and Cane Toad in the group, but there wasn't enough room. And, there's also a chick named Remix in the group, just sayin'.
