Description
This is the monster that appears in episode 38 of "Justice Squadron: Comicger," Drill Bit.
Bio: Drill Bit, who comes from Comicgers Issue #8, was sent by Darkanos to the St. Petsburg Country Club because he heard from Gelgieden that there was a dormant volcano buried 50 feet underneath the 9-hole golf course there. He was chosen because of the drill he had on his head, and the drills on his gloves, and he uses them to dig 50 feet or more beneath the Earth's crust, allowing him to reach the volcano. However, the Comicgers discovered him trying to do so, and they were able to weaken him by rusting his drills after knocking him into the water hazard. Once the Comicgers were able to figure out how to stop him from reaching the volcano, they got help from the fire department, who blasted 300 gallons of water down Drill Bit's hole, making his drills rusty again. Drill Bit was also unable to reach the volcano because David used his new Sketch Drill to cut him off, and stop him in his tracks. He was then sent back to the comics by the Astro Gold Space Robo.
Notes:
1. Given how the monsters in Comicger are all based off of villains from comic books and comic-related media, Drill Bit is based off of Ground Man, one of the Robot Masters from "Mega Man & Bass" ( i.ytimg.com/vi/RL-Jab95tJo/max… ).
2. I got the idea to make Drill Bit a gopher from the gopher enemies from the NES game "McKids" ( www.freakinawesomenetwork.net/… )
3. Drill Bit's drill gloves are actually based off of Link's Gauntlet weapon from "Hyrule Warriors" ( vignette.wikia.nocookie.net/ze… )
4. Because of his ability to dig, and the fact that he resembles a rodent, Drill Bit bears a strong resemblence to Dirt Bag from the 1987 Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles cartoon and toyline ( vignette.wikia.nocookie.net/tm… )
5. I was originally gonna have Drill Bit appear in Episode 30, but I wanted to introduce the Comic Nitro before I introduced the Astro Gold Armor, so I bumped him back to Episode 38.
Well, whaddaya think, ?

Nice.
The guy must get splitting headaches after constantly using that drill on his head.

I like his design. I also like the nod to Hyrule Warriors.

Oh nothing it’s just that most people say drill bit to insult someone and now the comigers have called drill it’s kind of a lil funny in a way!
