As we near the end of the Team Katswell Character Guide, we come to the last of Jack Rabbit's cronies, the ever-so electric and deranged bighorn sheep, Zapper Ram.

Let's see what he's made of shall we?

Powers & Abilities:
Zapper Ram has the ability to create electrical charges from his hands, and shoot them out at blinding speeds. He can also travel through wires and circuit breakers, and can even short circuit the most advanced electrical engineering. He has also fashioned a weapon out of a car battery and two jumper cables, allowing him to channel his electric powers more fluently without any fear of damaging himself.

Bio:
Once a common bank robber named Wallace Steele, Zapper Ram has been on the run from the police and TUFF for quite some time. When it seems like they finally got up to him, he would get away just as easily. One day, an event happened to him that would change his entire criminal career forever. Wallace chose a dumb place to lay low: the Petropolis power grid. Upon touching it out of curiousity, he got an electric shock, and was out cold for a while. When he woke up the next day, he quickly discovered that he gained electric powers from the grid. So, under the name Zapper Ram, he decided to use his new powers to rob ATMs.
One day, TUFF finally caught up to him, and after figuring out that rubber blocks electricity, used a special net made of rubber bands to capture him, rendering his electrical powers useless. Afterwards, he was taken to prison, and had to wear a shock collar to prevent him from unleashing his powers on anyone. During his time in prison, he befriended Jack Rabbit. Jack saw Zapper's electric powers useful, and used him to knock out the prison's alarm system during his big breakout. After that, Zapper became one of Jack's newest henchmen.
After making a new weapon to better harness his electrical powers, Zapper assisted Jack and the rest of his gang in kidnapping Dudley, Jake, Allison, and Elvis in hopes of making Kitty Katswell surrender to him. After they were rescued by an unknown force, Zapper did battle with Team Katswell alongside his fellow criminals, facing Allison. He thought his electricity could override Ally's fashion-themed weapons, and give her clothes EXTREME static cling, but she pulled through, and absorbed Zapper's powers with a lightning rod she coated in rubber cosmetics. He was then taken back to prison with Jack and the others, and hopes to ruin Ally's life after what she did to him.

Personality & Traits:
Like his fellow crooks on Jack's gang, Zapper is very greedy, and would do ANYTHING to make a quick buck. Also, because of his sudden electrical abilities, Zapper has become a bit unhinged, making him the least sane member of the gang. This may make him look like a rotten team player, but he's very willing to help out his criminal bethren commit such heinious crimes all over the planet.
As for his interactions with Jack and the rest of the gang, Zapper remains very close to Jack ever since they met in prison. He would risk his own skin to help Jack out of a jam, making him the most loyal member of the gang. As for the other members, he's a bit uneasy around them (especially Redd Snapper). He does get along pretty well with Aero Falcon and Boulder Rhino, and he's actually very helpful to Cyberscorp, allowing him to access computer mainframes a LOT easier during heists.
Not only does Zapper's unhinged nature tend to get him into trouble at times, his other biggest weakness is rubber. Whenever he comes into contact with the stuff, it nulifies his powers, leaving him in a weakened state. He also can't stand being in water since it's a huge conductor of electricity, which would cause him to short circuit. And, if he uses his powers too much without that weapon he built, he would get collateral damage on himself, and he'd pass out. But, regardless, Zapper Ram is one ram that's willing to put the shock on Team Katswell when need be.
