I think I may have had eid pastry before, my neighbors made it when we invited them for Christmas dinner and for the life of me I can't remember what its called. It was an Egyptian pastry, with phyllo dough (I think) some kind of sweet cheese mixture in the middle, and pistachios and honey syrup drizzled all over it.
To say I couldn't get enough of it is an understatement.
