OMG you guys... T_T I'm SUCH a horrible person...

I also have no trouble admitting I cried while writing this, and after telling myself to be strong as well

My WORD...this page has been both exhausting AND a challenge! Laiyla's pose in the top right panel...GAH! I spend about 40 minutes staring at blank paper wondering how to do it. In the end I had to YouTube ref Sarabi from Lion King, as I just could NOT picture in my head. So yeah, this is my FIRST page, I think, that I needed a *coughcoughTWO* references for (I had to ref Night's last pose too! OMG! ) I'm also still not reeeeally happy with Laiyla's pose there, as it doesn't, I feel, convey accurately what I was trying to depict...but I knew if I tried to fix it I'd probs just break it more Soooo, I'm just hoping here!
Um, I put it as Mature Content, due to blood...let me know if it's not too gory and I'll take it off if you guys think it's Ok...I just don't want some young kiddo stumbling across it & being scarred for life or anything...
So um, yeah...naf BG's are naff, I may get more adventurous as we go on... << >> Other two things are her 'appearing' wounds...they're not meant to be seen until panel...5, so while I know they'd probably actually be visible in the top panels, y'know...reasons! Also, Laiyla's disappearing leg in the bottom panel...it looked better without, so yeah...again, reasons!

Other than that, enjoy! Hope you guys don't cry too much!

And damn I wish I could remember what song I listened to after I'd finished this. It was VERY sad but appropriate, and made me bawl my eyes out!
