Description
So, today, after nearly two years out of the saddle, I'm finally back. And I'm determined to stay back now, for as long as I possibly can.So, meet Ozzie. To date, this beautiful gent is THE tallest horse I have ever had a lesson on. 17.2hh of TBX, the first thing he did was shove me with his nose when I went to say hello!
Not only is this something I have missed doing and had urges to go back to, but it's also tying into one of my recent journals. My therapy for my depression is over now, and so I have taken it upon myself to 'self-prescribe' these riding lessons, as a follow-on therapy. Already, even after one lesson, I feel SO much better, and with this now back in my life, I'm hopeful that things will continue to get better & better, and that I will be able to continue riding now for many long years to come! <3 I've also been invited to pop down and help out at the riding stables, which will hopefully be a lot of fun, and get me out of the house while I'm not working. So overall this looks to be a win-win situation!

Riding was/is the best depression antidote I've been using. I even volunteer at my barn as a camp councilor best choices I've ever made was to continue my work and riding .
