Alright, alright. I caved in. xDDI drew a fanart. XDDDDD
I can't tell you how much I ADORE his art! And how... slightly shocked at realizing he's not a she.
No offense, but for the longest I was convinced it was a female who drew all this gorgeous art!
I'll shut up now~ XD
I also tried coloring in his style.... but failed miserably. I still like the effect and colors though~

I drew Ralos offering Cloud an apple, sort of as a friendship thing after realizing how similar they were, and with Ralos's interest in androids and machines.
......
Time period is off on Ralos's part. xDD Her storyline on Earth is in present day Earth while Cloud is more futuristic Earth after humans left.
....And the height is off. I don't know Cloud's height.... and Ralos is 3'6". xDDDDDD
Errr.... either one of them shrunk or grew!
Ftt. Oh well~

I've noticed something in your work, you always seem to be doing something interesting with light. In this case, it's the light filtering down through the trees. I really like that a lot, it's not something you see too often. Most people don't pay much attention to that stuff, you know? (including myself 
As far as any criticism, I guess the only thing that could be done differently would be to make the lines a tad less shaky, but that's pretty minor. It looks really good otherwise!

My lines are always shaky, but you can't usually see it because I work at such a huge size. xDD
Usually at 250% bigger or more. @____@;;;
I notice lighting effects in real life all the time.
I try to incorperate them into everything I draw. XDDD

Most people do have shaky lines when they draw digitally, that's actually pretty normal. Maybe if you zoomed in further than that for longer lines (which have a tendency to waver even when zoomed in just a little) it'd help minimize that.

I tend to go off my sketch when I really zoom in. XDD;;;
I don't have clean sketches to work from, so I have to constantly zoom out to see what I'm working with. @____@;;;
