This voice was from someone whom she had learned to hate. Someone whom had brought mischief over all galaxies.
This someone was Nightmare!

Sometimes, you know what the easy way to do something is, but you still do it the hard way...if only for the satisfaction of facing the challenge.
I COULD have done this on Corel Painter, and it would have taken one day instead of the two weeks it took using just pencils and colored pencils. But I didn't.
I produced this image (depicting an epic scene from Dana's epic Meta Knight and Chuva substory) as a sketch and decided I really needed to get in there with my hands and color something traditionally. After completion, I decided to pair it with the ninety-third theme of the 100 themes challenge. AND JUST LIKE THAT I AM OUT OF ORDER!

The way you shade... * in amazement* I like the perspective on this, how your eyes travel from Metaknight to Chuva. It looks as if "Meta knight" is ready to draw and fight and chuva's stunned pose and expression makes it a real clever piece. NO META KNIGHT! NOT YOU TOOOOOO!! We.... love you....

When I first looked at this picture, I was very impressed by the expressions that you captured in this drawing. MK's expression has the perfect sinister feel and the way his cape is wrapped around him is flawless. The other figure's expression perfectly shows the tension and fear that this scene has. Great work!
The tiles on the floor and bordering the doorway were also very well done, but I think the top horizontal line on the column should be a straight line since the picture is still pretty much at eye level for these two characters. If the column went higher up then yes, I would say the curved line pointing upwards would fit in just fine. I don't know, maybe that's just me.
Also, the way the hilt of Galaxia and the way the blade is turned don't exactly match up. The blade seems to turn towards MK, but the hilt turns even more. I think just a few minor changes could fix that.
I think just a few things like what I have mentioned may make this scene good, but already, this picture is awesome!

Thanks for indirectly critiquing! I'm glad you don't use "But I don't have a sub D:" as an excuse.
Adressing the hilt and blade of Galaxia, you're right; I think the problem is that it's easier for me to achieve an angle on the hilt than on the blade. They were meant to be pointing the same way, but my drawing errors kind of messed it up
As far as the columns go, I was trying to be an architect even though I can't draw backgrounds for cheese.
