i am new to your deviant and i wanted to know, how did turbo(the evil looking one) gone to Litwak's arcade when he told his Felix to go back to their arcade, and what is their arcade name and origins and if this is only for laughs i get it, and sorry if i am taking this too seriously, but i think this is VERY interesting and TOTALLY hilarious!! I still love this either way : )

Ok. Let me explain the thing!
The Turbo we know is an example among of other, like Buzz Lightyear who was a Buzz among other! It's normal because the Litwak's arcade is not the only one who had a Turbotime cabinet or a Felix Fix jr cabinet in 1982. In the world of Wreck-it Ralph, Turbotime is a classic. All of those videogame characters can travel through wires because they are basically made with electricity. So, this Turbo (or this Felix) can virtually visit other arcades or even the Internet!
The next comic will talk a little bit more about the origin of this Turbo and Felix. Be patient!

THIS Felix is NOT the Felix of the movie. The Turbo with the scratch helmet said "What are you doing here? Go back in OUR arcade." So, you can figure that arcade is not the Litwak one and by extension, that Felix is another one from the same arcade of that Turbo!
