Steps for the larger chibi head:
1. Imagine you're drawing an oval and draw the top part of that oval but make it somewhat thick and do little lashes.

2. Draw an oval in the middle on the inside of that semi-oval/circle you just drew. It shouldn't take up the whole space.

3. Draw the other starting with just an oval this time. There should be a gap inbetween the two eyes, not too big and not too small.

4. Now draw the top of the eye/eye lash above the oval like so.

5. Draw a mouth; you can do this anyway you'd like and you can place the mouth higher or lower than I have drawn it. Totally up to you.

6. Draw the bottom of the face. I like making it rounded rather than kind of pointy, but again, that's your choice.
I also kind of shaded in the eye.

7. Draw the hair and whatever else you'd like and you're done.

Tiny chibi face.
1. Draw 2 little dots, keep them a good distance apart.

2. Do little blushes under the eye. I like doing oval blush marks, but you can do lines or even a circular one.

3. Draw the mouth however you'd like, I like placing the mouth right under the eyes.

4. Draw the hair, I find it easier to draw the hair first in this one just so you get the idea of the shape of the head so you can draw the bottom of the head in the next step.

5. Now draw the bottom of the head/chin.

And you're done. ^_^
