Description
If you don't know, this is a reference to Charlie Chaplin's "The Great Dictator".At least I think that's what it's called. The famous scene where Charlie Chaplin plays with the world.
What gave me the idea was when Alt. Doof said something about "dictatorship" and I almost drew him for this, but then I put in regular Doof because if he would ever succeed he'd end up in the dictator position anyway.
Don't ask about the globe! Yeah. I was TRYING to draw the countries all right, but then the uh... plates shifted and now it's all weird.
Meant to put a turtle, but I forgot... Bad me!

I really want to see the full film (I've only seen parts on YT). Doof fits perfectly here! I can just see him going into woobie mode at the end of the scene!

Oh, not bad. I was always afraid to draw him in a german uniform. But you did it perfect and if I didn't know Charlie Chaplin's "The Great Dictator" I would never get it that he is acting like Hitler

Thank you. Yeah. I wasn't trying to draw him in a German uniform exactly. Just a spoof with twist.
And yeah. That's what makes the movie funny. With him in it.

I guess you've never seen "The Great Dictator". There's a very famous scene in the movie where Charlie Chaplin (playing Hitler) has like an inflatable globe and he just bounces it around the room and tosses it in the air.
Dictator "playing" with the world.
And that is what Doofy is trying to do.

Yes, it's definitely "The Great Dictator".
And Doof would look perfect for the part there
(P.S. I think a turtle toy's inside the globe?)
