This is actually one frame of my graphic-novel-that-will-one-day-be-finished(tm). It was also a print I had done as a limited edition of 50 back in 2002. I'd love to get Frank Welker to sign a copy of this shot! (I'd also be glad to give him one as well.) What's really funny is that most people assume it's a shot from the original show--it's from a story I co-wrote with Daryn, but the concept of Megatron barking an order to Soundwave is one of those classic ideas from the series that just fits.
