Here we come to the first of my request pics, made to me by DA member, . She wanted to see Danny Phantom villainess Penelope Spectra dressed up as her own Penelope, an OC who just happens to be a psychopathic clown doll. Given the nature of the request, I felt it was best to use Spectra's second body, as its pale complexion (not to mention, razor-sharp teeth) works better with the overall motif.Sweetie, I hope you like what you see. Like I said as we were planning this, given your Penelope's rather diminutive size (and in spite of the fact that you have made life-size versions of the character), I chose to take the opportunity to keep Spectra's sex appeal intact. Hopefully, this approach works for you.
But anyway, one request down...I don't know how many more to go. But this should give everyone a nice taste of what's to come in the next couple of weeks as I get these requests out of the way. For now, enjoy.

She kind of reminds me of Raggedy Ann, but I guess that it's obvious considering what she was. Gotta say, this Penelope sounds like she could've been an actual DP villain. Considering all the terror that has been based around dolls and puppets in media, you'd think it would be obvious for Danny to deal with such a thing (unless such an idea was in Butch's head but was scrapped when the series got canned).

Well, like I say, considering we're dealing with clown-like dolls here, I figured Spectra's second body worked best here, given its pale complexion and Razor-sharp teeth (if you look at this guy's original work, you'll see why the razor-sharp teeth are a big thing).
As for your hypothesis that Danny might have run into such a doll/puppet, had the series continued, that's actually a pretty valid point. Who knows what else he might have had to deal with if we saw more episodes?

She looks pretty sexy and cool... but I found her legs a bit too long and her chest seems to have a missing breast ^^u I'm not being rude or something, just telling what I see... All in all, she looks georgeous ^^!

Well, as for the breasts, well, that's Danny Phantom design for you. In any other situation, chances are it wouldn't be as noticeable (if at all), but the clothes Spectra is wearing in this particular case make it almost impossible to disguise. Chalk it up to a simple clash of styles. It's just one of those things you have to ignore, I guess.
Your critique about the legs was interesting to hear because in truth, her legs were longer in the initial pencil drawing. I actually had to go back and shorten them before doing the scanning, hard lines and color. I then evened things out with a larger bust line and altering the arms a bit.
The most fascinating thing about this really is that the face was the one and only element that I got right, straight out of the gate. At least every other part of Spectra's body, I ended up altering in one way or another. But her face came out great, with no touch-ups needed.

I know about the one called Hartman AKA Danny Phantom AKA Fairly Odd Parents AKA TUFF Puppy style... its real name is retro-style... I've been drawing it for a while, that's why I noticed the breast thing, I think it can't be ignored... even in that style, it should not be actually that flat... I dunno how to explain, anyway... just don't care...
It's a cool drawing, and yep... her face looks pretty accurate ^^

Well, like I say, if she was wearing something else, I don't think it would have been an issue. Again, it just comes down to a clash of styles. I actually did notice it right off, but it didn't really distract from the total package, so I didn't let it bother me.

Well now, that's DEFINITELY a sign of approval. Although let's be honest, it's really hard to disapprove of a woman like Spectra, even with those teeth she sports in her second body.

Okay, I made the appropriate alterations to the image description. As for the midget thing, well, it certainly wasn't my intention to offend or make it come off sounding like a crack. Believe me, I've known quite a few women on the petite side and I've never gone out of my way to make fun of anyone for something as insignificant as height. It's just that when it came to your Penelope, well...I just honestly didn't know what she was, so I figured I'd cover the bases.

Yes, both voiced by Tara Strong, whose credentials include a whole list of animated voices (not the least of which, including Timmy Turner from Fairly Odd Parents and Raven from Teen Titans).
As for this pic, though, well, this was a Spectra request and I've already done an Ember request from before. That's not to say that I won't be drawing either of them ever again (I actually will be featuring them both in another upcoming request). It's just that this time, it was Spectra's turn.

I haven't sketched Ember in awhile but it's really cool how they can change their voice. In Doctors Disorders when Spectra laughs at one point you can hear Ember's laugh it's kind of cool.

Well, on the flip side of that, whenever Ember speaks in a softer tone, you can kind of hear Spectra's voice, too. But that's how it is when you hear voices done by the same person. Tara Strong does have an incredible range, though, to do as many voices as she does.
Probably the only other person who can say the same is Grey DeLeslie (the voice of Sam) who also voices a wide range of characters out there. From the shrill Vicky to the sultry Tooth Fairy, her voice really can go all over the map.

I like the episode Girls Night Out, Tara must of had a lot of lines.

Yeah, Girls Night out was definitely one of the better episodes. And well, if you count all the Ember lines and all the Spectra lines, yeah, that was quite a bit of work for Tara to do. Nothing I'm sure she's not used to, though.
