11 ° Create rows of shade! (This part is very important because if the shade is wrong the picture is strange every time I do the shadow drawing a ball to know where each shade is this ball I cast a shadow on it to know what ositioning )

12 ° Select the Magic Wand with the shade and paint with the Brush

13 ° Tadda base further lacks much

14 ° TIP: Making eyes first with the pen tool to make the sketches just right to know how it will look like after the mouth and do the other!

15 ° to make the start line the eyes I do everything separately (eg, a line pros cilia, one for purchases and other colors black and white polka dots)

16 ° when the eyes first regular paint is paint with paint brush and then create a new layer and pint with cliping group and highlight in color!

17° TADDAAAA you make your ow base!
